I use a very amature and moderatly crappy camera... the Kodak EasyShare CX7300. My friends have already urged me to get another one, but I can't afford anything better. Still, it takes acceptable shots in daylight.

As for software, I don't modify any of my photos, I only sometimes crop it using Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
